As soon as a lightning (cloud-to-ground or intra-cloud) is detected inside the monitoring area on your site, an alarm is automatically triggered. You receive a beginning-of-alarm message.
The system then monitors the frequency of the lightning detected.
As soon as the clear time has elapsed without the detection of any new lightning, the thunderstorm is considered to have left the area. The alarm is automatically canceled and you receive an end-of-alarm message.
